Stock Design
We display our stock designs when vending at an onsite location. These designs can be personalized by changing out the imprint color of the design and some by adding your own text. It can be an athlete’s name, team, mascot, school, etc.
Your item is completed on site by the end of the competition so you can take it home that day. It is a great way to get a custom piece and you only have to purchase one.
Custom Design
A custom design is where we incorporate your colors, mascot, team name, or logo into a custom design created just for you or your team. Normally we do this for team orders, but we will do just one. (Price is increased since there is only just one) Fill out the short custom design form so we can collect your design details and give you a quote.
If you go with a custom design, we will provide you a screenshot of your design prior to production. You will see all of the “design dots,” just no sparkle or color. It gives you a nice visual as to what your completed design will look like.
How are spangle designs created?
A spangle is a very shiny, round circle punched from a reel of metallic tape. Spangles shimmer and sparkle more than rhinestones. A custom design is created in the intricate software and then we press the completed design to the apparel item of your choice.
Spangles are very light weight, flat, and are very smooth to the touch. Spangles add no weight to the garment, where rhinestones are “heavy, rough and bulky.” When I show a customer spangles vs rhinestones, they all have preferred the spangle decoration.
This type of decoration is done on the identical, commercial machine that is used to decorate NFL Cheerleading Outfits.
